"The food was great.  Everything worked out just fine and the instructions on the covers were helpful.  Just as you predicted, the short ribs were a huge hit.  We reheated the skirt steak on the grill and it still wasn't overcooked so that worked out perfectly.  That sweet potato crunch was awesome.  Everything was great."

   "The food was outstanding. They all could not get over how delicious it was and so well presented. The pork being all cut for me was an unexpected and welcome surprise. It was a picture on the platter. Not one morsel of potatoes was left as they kept having more. If they could have licked the serving dish they would have.  One who never ate carrots went back for thirds and took the little that was left over home. String beans were a perfect choice and they certainly enjoyed them.  However, the crowning glory was ... you guessed it the gravy.  The aunts all raved about the taste and  asked how it was done.  Of course I cannot explain it. I only say Terry is magic and that gravy would be incredible on cardboard.  I know you will think I did this on purpose but I forgot to heat the stuffing.  Now I ate it the night before as my dinner not heated but I did not realize I forgot it until dessert,,,, so I did not give them stuffing for dessert although I myself would welcome that for dessert anytime.  The bonus is I now can portion it out for m future dinners.  The amounts were plentiful for all.  We ended up with 19 people who were very hearty eaters.  The only thing I made was the raasted apple sauce.  Having time to set the table and fuss with decorations is all due to you. "Huge hit. Everyone wants you in once a week. Really everyone was just gushing over things. The analysts loved the corned beef and cabbage. Really almost all the corned beef is gone and almost all the cabbage. Loved the carrots, etc."

Dinner was great!  As were the quiches and bruschetta.    Everyone had 2nds (which this group never does).  And I was able to send home a doggie bag.
